The implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management begins with the establishment of policies, planning and implementation of plans related to OHS standards. Furthermore, monitoring and evaluation of safety performance by competent human resources, then the results are reviewed to make improvements and increase the performance of system. OHS Management is an integral part of the management of a company organisation as a whole. In this subject, students will be given an explanation and understanding of the fundamental aspects of implementing work safety in a company organisation based on government regulations and applicable safety standards.
