- Basic theories of incident Investigation;
- Overview of incident Investigation process ( primary steps);
- Data / fact gathering process in Investigation (position, people, part, paper);
- Investigation interview technique and tips by using open, probing and close questions;
- Root Cause Analysis methodology by using several methods such as 5 why, Why Tree, SCAT and other recognized methodology;
- Develop effective recommendation by using SMART (Specific Measurable Accountable Reasonable Timeframe) approaching;
- Mini simulation of incident Investigation processes,
